SHIPPING POLICIES

We do not ship Internationally. We only ship to addresses within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

 

We love and support our troops!

Please contact before purchase for APO/FPO/DPO addresses, we will need to confirm with carrier regarding any restrictions and shipment time frame.  Customs, Duties, and Taxes to these addresses: Rooted Vibes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

 

How long does it take to process an order?

In-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

 

Custom orders are processed per listing description or as discussed prior to order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you promptly.

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at check-out based on your selection.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

DAMAGES

Rooted Vibes is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. We highly recommend contacting the carrier to file a claim.

In the event that your order does arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@rootedvibes.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 RETURN POLICIES

We hope you're happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us promptly to allow us the opportunity to remedy the issue.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE INFORMATION

Due to the type of items Rooted Vibes provides, exchanges may not always be available. If you would like to exchange your item vs return, please email info@rootedvibes.com to check the items availability. If the item is unavailable, please continue to our return process.

For defective products, please contact us immediately upon receipt at info@rootedvibes.com to arrange a refund or exchange. 

In the event that your order does arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@rootedvibes.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in its original packaging, undamaged (unless notified as stated above), and received by USPS within the allotted time frame.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom orders

  • Digital Files

  • Used merchandise

  • Flash/Clearance/Last Call Sales

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer support at info@rootedvibes.com to obtain a return shipping label. After receiving your return shipping label place the item securely in its original packaging, include a copy your proof of purchase inside the box and mail your return to the address provided on the shipping label.

Please note, the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Return shipments will be shipped with USPS with tracking. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your reimbursement once the item is received back to Rooted Vibes in the conditions stated above.

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 business days for processing returns/exchanges from the date your item is received back to Rooted Vibes. Refunds may take 3-7 business days to appear on your credit card statement. Please note: Processing time depends on your credit card company. Rooted Vibes has no control over the time length your merchant takes to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been issued.
